During warmer weather, try a tinted moisturizer or for you really lucky girls; omit the foundation all together. Simply sweep a translucent bronzer all over the face concentrating the color just under the check bones for a little extra shading. Remember not to pick a shade too dark for your skin and try not to reapply the bronzer throughout the day. A bronzer can turn orange when mixed with the oils in the skin and give you that ‘I just rolled in the mud look’, not ‘I just had a refreshing day in the sun!’

To minimize makeup meltdown, you need to control the oils that breakdown makeup and make you look greasy. Prep your skin with a sebum-controlling product. Next, opt for long-lasting color that glides on in one quick  step like waterproof liquid liners, and waterproof mascaras. For a healthy, heatproof hint of color on cheeks and lips, try swiping on a smidgen of sheer stain.

Gold eye shadow or other colors with flecks of gold will add a sparkle to your eyes and a sunny look to your face. Apply the shadow to your actual lid, and then use a soft butter cream colored shadow from the crease to the brow bone to really open up your eyes.

Skip the lipstick and go for a tinted lip balm. Many lip balms have sunscreens in them as well as soft colors that provide protection with enhanced cosmetic appeal.
