Renee Zellweger and Harry Connick Jr. star in this new to video movie. Lucy Hill (played by Renee) is a Miami-based business woman who’s on the fast track to being a vice president of her company. When she lands the less-than-desirable task of going to small-town Minnesota to shape-up a plant and downsize the employee base she has no idea what she’s in for.

Arriving in the frozen-tundra of Minnesota she’s greeted by locals who awkwardly try to make her feel welcome. After having a run-in with the local Union leader, Ted Mitchell (played by Harry), she’s got to try to win over the employees, union leader and her secretary.

When things are finally beginning to look up, and she’s falling for Ted, Lucy needs to rush back to Miami where she gets job changing news. Now she’s got to decide where her alliances rest and what her priorities are.
