Assaulting your mane every day with daily beautifying styling tools such as blow-dryers, hairbrushes, straighteners and curling irons can leave your hair brittle and dull. But with these five healthy-hair strategies, you will be out of tress stress in a flash!
Shampoo for Sure.
Try washing your hair every other day with a gentle shampoo so that your mane can sustain all of its natural oils.
Condition with Care.
Treat your locks with a conditioner to keep split ends away and contain moisture.
Blow-dry, not Blowtorch.
Dry your hair on the lowest setting until it is about 50 percent dry. Then you can crank up the heat if you keep the dryer at least three inches from your head and move in a constant motion to prevent fried sections.
Scrub Your Scalp.
Give yourself a head massage with your fingertips. Not only will it feel amazing, but it will boost your circulation and remove dead skin cells and product buildup.
Love on Your Locks.
Make sure when you get out of the shower you blot; don’t rub your hair damp with your towel. It will help with split ends
