We at Dekoposh Inc. believe we can make a difference…and you can help!!! Because: “When we believe, we can achieve”. This is the reason why we created the “Jeans Bring Dreams” Concert Series. This is a Tween/Teen traveling concert series aimed at bringing Tweens and Teens together in their communities for a day of entertainment, motivation and information. Each event includes performances, Tween/Teen celebrities, a meet & greet, a fashion show from the local community and information on safe social networking. We encourage all participants to bring in a gently used pair of jeans which we donate to a local Teen shelter at the conclusion of our program.
Our goal for 2010 is to host a total of six of these traveling concerts in various venues throughout the country. We have an incredible team of upcoming Tween/Teen Celebrities who have come on board and embraced this platform to make a positive impact. The first concert in this series is scheduled for….
When: March 25, 2010
Where: Level 3 in Hollywood CA
Time: 1:00pm Dekoposh Gifting Suite in honor of The Kids Choice Awards, 5:00pm Jeans Bring Dreams Concert
Dekoposh Inc. has partnered with Champions Against Bullying on this first concert of the 2010 series to raise awareness on a topic which affects many school age kids. In fact, the statistics are shocking…according to the Bureau of Justice School Bullying Statistics and Cyber Bullying Statistics—School Crime and Safety:
1. School bullying statistics surveys show 77% of students are bullied mentally, verbally and physically. Cyber bullying statistics are rapidly approaching similar numbers.
2. 1 out of 5 kids on a school bullying statistics and cyber bullying statistics study admit to being a bully or doing some “bullying.”
3. Playground school bullying statistics—every 7 minutes a child is bullied. Adult intervention—4%. Peer intervention—11%. No intervention—85%.
In fact, Oprah dedicated a few of her 2009 shows to this topic and decided to initiate a national campaign to help put an end to bullying…”Today begins a national conversation on bullying,” Oprah stated as she focused her attention on this topic.
About the Concert: The Jeans Bring Dreams Concert Series has been extremely well received and is picking up momentum across the country. This is an outstanding opportunity to support a grass roots effort to make a difference one community at a time with a group of eager, multi-talented, inspired young celebrities on their road to stardom.
About Champions Against Bullying: Champions Against Bullying (CAB) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing awareness on school bullying and youth violence. They are committed to enriching children’s lives and restoring safety to our schools and communities.

Sounds like this is a great idea.
I’m interested in know what new celebrities are helping this cause. I think this sounds like a great thing.
