Take a Journey in the World of Harry Potter

Do you like roller coaster rides, great food and Harry Potter? Well all three of those things are coming together in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, which can be found in Orlando, Florida. The new theme park is based on J.K Rowling’s popular book series.

This Harry Potter amusement park will open its door officially on June 18, 2010. There is no way that one would be able to get bored in this magnificent creation.

The main attraction is the ride, “Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey.” The ride starts into the Hogwart’s Castle, then it makes it way to Dumbledor’s office, swing by the Gryffindor common room, then to the defense against the Dark Arts class. The roller coasters goes over the castle grounds, you will get to see a Hungarian Horntail, the Dementors, the Whomping Willow and more. This ride is supposed to be an hour long.

Not only are there going to be rides, but you will be able to visit the Hogsmeade Village. Ever wondered what a butterbeer taste like? Now you can go into Three Broomsticks, and finally be able to order a butterbeer, which is a non-alcoholic drink. There will also be a frozen version of the drink that you will be able to get in the park

So what does butterbeer taste like? Well according to www.mtv.com, it tastes like “both shortbread cookies and butterscotch.” Sounds like a good drink. You will also get the chance to buy pumpkin juice. Two drinks we have wondered what they tasted like, ever sense we first read it in the books.
